NEW YORK, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's PLUS
linked to the Nikkei 225 Index. Priced at $10 per PLUS with an
initial offer size of 2,050,000 shares, this equity trades under
the ticker symbol NKD and has a maturation date of June 20, 2007.
