                             Directors Shareholding

The Company received notification on 30 October 2003 that Mrs. Yasmin Rejwan
Adulayavichit disposed of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
between 25 September 2003 and 7 October 2003 at an average price of 1.33p per
share.

Following the disposal, Mrs. Adulayavichit's notifiable interest in the Company
is now 6,300,000 shares, representing 0.53% of the total shares in issue.  Mr.
Abby Hardoon Adulayavichit's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at
195,700,000 shares, representing 16.60% of the total shares in issue.
