NEW YORK, March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On March 16, 2012, the Exchange notified Engex, Inc. (the "Fund") that it accepted the Fund's plan to regain compliance with Section 1003(a)(iii) and Section 1003(b)(v)(A) by April 30, 2012.  Currently, the Fund is not in compliance with continued listing standards of the Exchange and its listing is being continued pursuant to an extension until April 30, 2012.
