Division Retained by Vornado Realty Trust Emergency Preparedness Planning Programs (EPPP), a Division of Diversified Security Solutions, to Develop Emergency Action Plan for 731 Lexington Avenue in New York City NEW YORK, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified Security Solutions Inc. (AMEX:DVS), a turnkey provider of technology-based integrated electronic security solutions, today announced that its Emergency Preparedness Planning Programs Division was retained to develop and maintain the emergency action plan for Vornado Realty Trust's new development property located at 731 Lexington Ave., New York, N.Y. The development property, where Bloomberg, L.P. is the primary commercial tenant, will include 900,000 square feet of office space and 157,000 square feet of retail space. EPPP will develop the building's emergency action plan and will assist in the training of staff to implement the plan.
