(b)           On April 18, 2012, Christopher Hopkins advised Oilsands Quest Inc. (“Oilsands Quest” or the “Company”) that he intended to resign from his position as Director of Oilsands Quest, effective April 23, 2012.  A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Hopkins resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
