    Issue of Equity

    Wren Homes, the retirement housing specialist, announces that it has placed 1,500,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Placing Shares") at a price
of 10p per Placing Share raising �150,000 gross for the Company. The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes

    The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London
Stock Exchange.

    Following the issue of these shares, Wren Homes has 41,922,387 fully paid Ordinary Shares in issue. In accordance with the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, Wren Homes confirms that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 41,922,387 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Wren homes under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
