Polo Resources Limited (AIM: PRL), the mining and investment company with 
interests in coal and uranium, announces that it has today received notification 
that Neil Herbert (Executive Deputy Chairman), purchased an aggregate 1,300,000 
ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares") at a price of 3.75 pence per share on 7 May 2009. 
As a result of these dealings Mr Herbert is interested in a total of 34,189,286 
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.60 per cent of the issued ordinary 
share capital.
