Transaction in Own Shares, Exercise of Share Options and
TVR
Likewise Group plc (AIM: LIKE), the
fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that on 30
August 2024 it purchased 15,496 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in
the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share
buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on
16 July 2024, as follows (together the
"Transaction"):

The Company also announces that it
has received notice from Roy Povey, former Chief Financial Officer
of the Company, to exercise the share options owed to him pursuant
to Company Enterprise Management Incentive Options Scheme,
amounting to 900,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at an exercise price of 10 pence each ("Exercise of EMI
Options").
Application has been made for
900,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6
September 2024.
Following the Transaction and
Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will
be 246,583,480 with 326,352 Ordinary Shares
held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will
therefore be 246,257,128 which may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b)
of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 details of the
purchase of its own ordinary shares by the Company, which were all
executed through the Company's broker, Zeus Capital Limited, are
