DELIVERY OF THE VESSEL M/V HELLENIC SKY
Hellenic Carriers Limited, ("Hellenic" or the "Company") (AIM:
HCL), an international provider of marine transportation services
for dry bulk cargoes, announces that further to the press release
of 5 April 2012, the M/V "Hellenic Sky", a 68,591 dwt Panamax dry
bulk carrier built in 1994, owned by Thasos Shipping Co. Ltd.
("Thasos"), was delivered on 16 May 2012 to its new owners pursuant
to the Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of the vessel dated 27
March 2012.
