Forest Support Services Plc ("the Company")


Following the meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday, the Company is
pleased to announce that the outcome for the current financial year will exceed
market expectations. Trading in January, historically a quiet month, was strong
in all locations and is expected to continue at a satisfactory level for the
remainder of the financial year ending March 2007.


As mentioned in the Chairman's Statement accompanying the interim results, the
Company will launch, before the year end, a new range of services. These will be
offered through a new division called "Forest Access and Security".


Finance Director


Katrina Matthews has resigned as Finance Director, with immediate effect.  She
is leaving to pursue other interests.


The Board thanks Katrina for her contribution to the business and wishes her
every success in the future. Kevin Allen FCA, a non-executive director and
previously Finance Director of the company, has agreed to act as the Company's
Finance Director for the time being.
