                GRANT OF OPTIONS AND DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING


Grant of Options

The Board of DermaSalve Sciences plc ("DermaSalve" or the "Company") announces
that on 9th October 2007 the Company granted the following options to subscribe
for ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to directors.

Philip Pattison, Finance Director                                 4,166,666
Neil Wilson, Sales and Marketing Director                         1,666,666

All of the options are exerciseable at a price of 15p per share between 10
October 2009 and 9 October 2017.  The options were granted to Dr. Mark Randle
and Philip Pattison under the DermaSalve Unapproved Share Option Scheme and to
Neil Wilson under the DermaSalve Enterprise Management Incentives Scheme.


Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company also announces that it was notified on 9th October 2007 that Clive
Morton OBE, Non-Executive Chairman, had on that day gifted 757,576 Ordinary
Shares to his adult daughters. Following this transaction, Clive Morton is
interested in 9,090 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued
share capital.
