The Company was advised today that on 19 September 2005 Mr Neil Gormley
purchased 100,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.5575p per
share.  Mr Gormley's interest in the Company is now 2,957,081 new ordinary
shares representing 6.18% of the issued share capital of the Company
