Exercise of Options

Bglobal plc (AIM: BGBL), announces that 18,571 ordinary shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme by an employee of b Global Metering Limited. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 19 June 2014.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. Following allotment of the new ordinary shares, Bglobal plc will have in issue 106,326,442 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Bglobal plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
