Luxembourg, is now the beneficial owner of 5,734,000 ordinary shares in Heiton
Holdings plc, representing 12.14% of the issued share capital of that class.

Luxembourg, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grafton Group plc, is the beneficial
owner of 5,734,000 ordinary shares in Heiton Holdings plc representing
approximately 12.14% of the issued share capital of that class.  The
