Osyka Corporation Announces New Ticker Symbol

Osyka Corporation (“Osyka”), a Houston-based energy company
specializing in exploration, production, development, and
acquisition of oil and gas properties, today announced that its
ticker has been changed to (Pink Sheets: OSKA) effective
immediately. The Company completed its merger with Vana Blue, Inc.
on March 26, 2010. The new symbol and name change completes the
Company’s overall rebranding, building on Osyka’s reputation for
high standards.
“With our team’s more than 30 years of experience in the oil
industry, Osyka has a significant opportunity to develop untapped
oil and gas assets in the U.S.,” said Founder and CEO Michael
Harness. “With our symbol change complete, we now look forward to
moving ahead.”
The company’s management team has a strong track record of
finding underdeveloped oil and gas exploitation opportunities
principally in the onshore Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas Gulf
Coast. Currently, the company has an interest in approximately 18
wells in Texas and Mississippi, with an average working interest of
70%.
