On October 26, 2023, Mr. Timothy Long resigned as Chief Operating Officer of Giga-Tronics Incorporated (the “Company”) for personal reasons, effective November 24, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). Mr. Long has agreed, prior to the Effective Date, to assist the Company in developing a succession plan and to help the Company identify his replacement. There can be no assurance that a suitable replacement will be identified in a timely manner.
