Inc. (OTC Pink: EVSV) announced today X-Terminate Pest Management
Inc. in its efforts in becoming a new wholly owned subsidiary of
Enviro-Serv has retained 45 year Pest Control veteran Gary Cole. The newly formed Florida Corporation
is named X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. and will focus on Termite
Control, General Pest Control (GHP) and Lawn and Ornamental
(L&O) services.

9th, 2013 and most recently in my shareholder
update letter, we were interviewing and working diligently in
finding the proper fit for the last piece of the puzzle for the
re-launch of X-Terminate. Mr. Cole is in fact that perfect fit and

this exciting newly formed subsidiary. Mr. Cole brings a
wealth of experience to the table and is eager to hit the ground
