Majid has joined the company as Director of Corporate
Restructuring Services. Bringing more than 6 years of legal
experience to KCC, Saima will actively support the company's growth
initiatives and contribute to the administration of client
engagements.

Prior to joining KCC, Saima worked as an associate in the
Business Finance and Restructuring department of Weil Gotshal &
Manges LLP in the New York office.
Saima's key company restructuring representations include Magna
Entertainment, Centro Retail Trust, Pilgrim's Pride, and Vertis
Inc. She has also represented major key creditor constituencies,
institutional lenders, and/or purchasers of distressed assets in
the Chapter 11 cases of Nortel Networks, ProtoStar Ltd., American
Home Mortgage, Delphi Corporation and Adelphia
Communications.
Saima received her Juris Doctor from the Brooklyn Law School and
her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She is licensed to practice
law in the state of New York.

Service of the Year. Recent Chapter 11 case retentions include
Eastman Kodak Company, Hostess Brands, Inc. and New Page
