Passarella has joined the company as Vice President of Class
Action Services. Patrick brings nearly 20 years of experience in
class action settlement administration to his role and leads the
company's Consumer practice.

Prior to joining KCC, Patrick served as a Senior Manager in

administration firm. During his tenure, Patrick led the company's
operating processes and procedures to increase operating
productivity. Over the course of his career, he has managed more
than 200 class action settlements and is an expert in claims
processing and class member communications.
