Technology development company Cleartronic, Inc. (OTCBB:CLRI) wholly owned subsidiary VoiceInterop, Inc. announced today that it has formed a new wholly owned Florida corporation, Peak Power Net, Inc.

"Recently we have had an increase in inquiries from utility companies regarding the Plugaroo™ home and small business energy management solution developed by Peak Power Net," stated Cleartronic VP of Product Development Michael Gutowski. "The market is evolving to solutions that allow consumers and utilities to work together to save energy. This is exactly what the Plugaroo solution delivers. Our device and service allows the utility and the customer to coordinate energy usage during peak demand periods saving the customer money and preventing the utility from having to curtail service during peak demand periods," Gutowski added.   

"As we prepare for the launch of our demand response energy management products and services under the brand name Plugaroo™," stated Cleartronic CEO Larry Reid, "we felt it wise to form a new wholly owned operating subsidiary as we believe there are significant opportunities to generate revenue with the Plugaroo product line."
