Western Pacific Trust Company-Chairman Steps Down

Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) announces that effective December
6, 2011, Dr. Anthony Liscio has stepped down as Chairman of the Board of
Directors. 


Dr. Liscio continues to serve as an independent Director of the Company.
