Stakeholder Launches Website and Social Media Program

Stakeholder Gold Corp. ("Stakeholder") (TSX VENTURE:SRC) is pleased to announce
the launch of its new and updated website www.stakeholdergold.com. The Company
is also pleased to announce that it has retained the services of RBL
Communications ("RBL") to manage a complete social media program. The program is
designed to provide Stakeholder with a greater online presence, as well as
improved investor communication and corporate branding. The program will allow
for near real-time distribution of Stakeholder news, updates, interviews, and
media as well as provide investors with a brand new platform to stay current and
up to date on the latest company developments.

Stakeholder will pay RBL $1,450.00 per month as compensation for its services
for a one-year term. Pursuant to its stock option plan and TSX Venture Exchange
guidelines, Stakeholder has also granted RBL 100,000 stock options at an
exercise price of $0.10. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments
staged over the next twelve months and will expire on May 10, 2017 or 30 days
following termination of the RBL agreement.
