Life & Banc Split Corp. announces a distribution in the amount of $0.12690 per preferred share (LBS.PR.A) payable on January 15, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2013. This distribution reflects the new distribution rate of $0.475 per annum commencing November 30, 2013.

Brompton Split Banc Corp. announces a distribution in the amount of $0.1125 per preferred share (SBC.PR.A) payable on January 15, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2013.
