DALLAS, Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 9 a.m. Central time to discuss its third quarter 2012 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its third quarter 2012 operational and financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 8 a.m. Eastern time.
