of the Senate Government Affairs Committee, and Senator Tom Carper,
the Committee Democrat who has taken the lead on postal reform
issues, for the introduction of their version of the "Postal
Accountability and Enhancement Act." The company also thanked
Senators Joseph Lieberman (D-CT), Ted Stevens (R-AK), Daniel Akaka
(D-HI), George Voinovich (R-OH), Richard Durbin (D-IL) and John
