NEW YORK, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s Index LASERS
Based Upon the US- Europe-Japan Basket. Index LASERS are based upon
a basket of Global Indices; the S&P 500 Index, the Nikkei 225
Index and the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index. Priced at $10.00 per
unit with an initial offer size of 2,125,000 shares, this equity
trades under the ticker symbol IBF and has a maturity date of
February 25, 2010. The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc.
