Internet Radio and Search Pioneers Form New Partnership RadioIO and
FindWhat.com Co-Founders Jointly Announce Their Partnership in
RadioIO.com, LLC JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 8 /PRNewswire/ --
ioMedia Partners, LLC has announced apartnership with BluVentures,
LLC. The two companies have formed RadioIO.com, LLC, which owns and
operates RadioIO.com. Currently operating twelve different radio
formats, RadioIO is one of the Internet's most- listened-to radio
networks, right behind Yahoo!'s LAUNCHcast, Radio@AOL and
MusicMatch. With the combined talents and experience of the
BluVentures and ioMedia Partners management teams, RadioIO.com will
be able to further develop its intellectual capital and take
advantage of new opportunities in Internet radio. "This partnership
is good for the industry in general. The private capital market
taking notice of our space is just one of several indicators that
are signaling the beginning of momentum for this medium," said
Kelly Elder, Jr., a managing member of RadioIO.com. "We are very

a broadcast, technology and entertainment company based in Ft.

operated by Courtney Jones, Robert Brahms, Ken Christensen and
Jason Hervey. Mr. Jones and Mr. Brahms are co-founders of
