                             Director Shareholding



The Company was informed today that the Trustee of the Radstone Technology PLC
Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 2,808ordinary shares of 12.5p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of #2.49 per share on 1 July,
2003. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 97,753 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
